Overview of the Project
Bioinformatics for Dentistry is a secondary database archiving the genomic and proteomic data on human tooth development. The data was systematically identified and compiled from several primary databases and literature sets. The dataset can be filtered by cellular process, chromosome number, dental and oral diseases, and protein sequence. The database can also be searched by any keywords related to gene and protein functions. The protein images of this database are homology models created using I-TASSER (Iterative Threading ASSEmbly Refinement).
Goals of the Project
